Our turbines may be the best engineered turbines on the market. Customer reaction to the quality of the product is very positive.

Our turbines have been designed using advanced design methodology e.g. computational fluid dynamics; dynamic wind modelling; finite element analysis; failure mode effects analysis. They have been tested extensively in full scale wind tunnel tests and in operation at test sites in high wind locations. The safety systems have been tested under extreme conditions e.g. the braking system has been proved with parts of the system switched off and separately with one blade removed leading to a high out-of- balance situation. All safety systems are completely automatic including tilt accelerometer protection as well as an on mast anemometer to measure wind speed. Other manufacturers do not offer this degree of automated safety system.
